New! Teen Focus Group

Attention HIGH SCHOOL students! We’d like to hear from you – we’d love some help in developing future teen programs and services.

  • Thursday, January 28, 7:00-8:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, February 25, 7:00-8:30 p.m.

Teen Book Club & Discussion Group

  • A book discussion group for teens (grades 6 and up) held once or twice a month from 7:00-8:00 p.m. in the downstairs Conference Room.
  • No particular book is assigned for each meeting. Teens can bring any book they’ve read recently and the group will talk about them all! The library provides pizza and drinks for the program.

Teen Movies

  • A fun series of movies (mostly based on books) for teens and tweens (grades 6 and up). Call 968-2778 for movie titles. Sponsored by the Friends of the Chapel Hill Public Library.
  • Selected Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. in the Meeting Room
