Staff at the upper and lower level service desks provide reference, readers’ advisory and public computer help during the hours the Library is open. We can also help you with your questions about the library’s eLibrary resources, eBooks, eMagazines, eAudio Books, and streaming music and video. NCLive is available with your library card at the library or remotely, from your home or office. NCLive has a multitude of online resources to help answer questions about a wide variety of subjects, from business and car repair, to career help or reading suggestions, in addition to thousands of articles from a hundreds of magazines and newspapers.
The reference book collection contains an array of titles, from multi-volume general encyclopedias to specialized dictionaries and directories. It is located near the Service Desk on the upper floor.
