    - Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools & Code for Chapel Hill present a Civic Data Hackathon hosted by the Town of Chapel Hill.

The event is open to anyone! We hope to see people from a variety of fields and experiences, including high school and university students, data science professionals, citizens, and Town of Chapel Hill staff.

The idea of the hackathon is to join together to work with publicly available information from datasets like Chapel Hill Open Data and discuss solutions that could benefit the Town of Chapel Hill and the greater Chapel Hill community.

Attendees should bring their own laptops (and power cords) . Experience with computer programming is not required. Lunch will be provided.

    RSVP online here.

Please note that this event will be at Hargraves Community Center on Roberson Dr.

We frequently take photos and videos at our events. Here's what we do with them.
