Join us for a free, chair-based dance fitness class designed to deliver a full-body workout that is both uplifting and fun. This class is perfect for elders, people who live with disabilities, and anyone else who needs extra support. Enjoy a welcoming space that will get you moving wherever you are on your fitness journey. 

Instructor Angela Lyght is a Chapel Hill native and certified Chair One Fitness instructor passionate about making movement accessible and enjoyable for all. She brings energy, encouragement, and a welcoming spirit to classes designed especially for seasoned adults and those seeking fun, low-impact, joint-friendly exercise.
